How we make money, and the two ways we never will.
What we don't do
We take no referral commissions. When you call a community from this site, you call their direct line — not a tracked number that bills them for the lead. We never sell, share, or transmit your contact information to communities or to anyone else. There is no form on this site that quietly becomes a sales lead.
What we do
Communities can pay for a claimed or managed profile — the ability to supply photographs, respond to corrections quickly, and appear in labeled sponsored placement. Sponsorship affects ordering only where it is labeled, and it never changes a single fact: a sponsor's stale price shows the same "not verified since" badge as anyone else's.
The listing guarantee
Every licensed community in our coverage area is listed whether it pays or not, and a community cannot pay to be removed, to hide a "not disclosed" statement, or to suppress a correction.
